Collective Work & Responsibility
Ujima Cooperative was formed out of the desire to support the work of grassroots and community-led initiatives in overlooked and underestimated communities, specifically those of the African diaspora. The founders, Clory and Mouhamadou (Clo & Mo), shared a passion for serving their community, but found it challenging to make a living and raise a family all while continuing their social justice work.
Through Ujima Cooperative, Clo and Mo are committed to removing the barriers that keep people from the necessary movement work to create a truly free and thriving society.
